NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- Breakfast with homemade food in apartment or in the breakfast room, only by reservation for a minimum of 10 people, € 8.00/person
- Dinner with local product, only by reservation for a minimum of 10 people, € 30.00/person, excluding beverage
- Midweek linen change € 5,00/person
- Extra cleaning € 10.00/hour
- Laundry and Ironing € 10,00/for each washing of the washing machine
- Heating according to consumption, with meter reading, € 2.00/hour
- Air conditioning in all apartments, cost per consumption as per meters
- Final cleaning € 30,00 for 3 days of stay; € 50,00 from 4 days onwards
How to validate reservation
Validation of bookings can be made by paying a 30% deposit with the following methods:
– BANK TRANSFER in favor of: Rita Trincia – IBAN IT87 B076 0114 4000 0100 2684 015
– by sending the CREDIT CARD number, the expiry date and the AUTHORIZATION to charge the 30% deposit on the total price;
– the balance can be paid after arrival.

Please arrange your arrival time that is usually expected between 16 and 20.
The stay ends no later than 10am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.
The stay will end by 10 am on departure day.
